Green Garden's 48,000-square-foot manufacturing facility offers all the services and amenities needed in a major production setup, along with the experienced workforce, HACCP-based food safety system, and electronic security features you expect. Plus, we're breaking ground for a 43,000-square-foot warehouse expansion.
The Formulation department currently boasts four mixing platforms, cooking, cooling, and milling capabilities, and a refrigerated processing area.
Our Production facilities include eight filling lanes—with hot-fill capability—for dressings, sauces, marinades, and salsa. We support a wide range of packaging configurations, including:
- Pillow Pouches (1–5 oz.)
- Pouches (6–8 oz.; 12 oz.–4 lb.)
- Retail (glass and PET)
- Foodservice (gallons, liters, bag-in-box, pails, portion control cups, pouches)
- Manufacturing/Co-pack (drums and totes)
- Deli (portion control cups .5–16 oz.)
Our professionally managed Shipping and Receiving department offers refrigerated and dry warehouse space, and is designed for the most efficient transfer of goods possible.
